Where Faith and Flowers Unite To Share Blessings & God's Love
“It is love alone that counts.” – St. Therese of Lisieux, The Little Flower Saint
Every Flower Arrangement Symbolizes a Spiritual Bouquet of Prayers
At Blooms Full of Blessings our floral arrangements are not only appealing to the eye but also spiritually meaningful. Each bouquet recipient receives a spiritual bouquet of prayers from a multi-denominational prayer team. Additionally, the card for each bouquet comes with a 24/7 prayer line for the hospice patient and also their loved ones. The prayer line welcomes people of all faith denominations. The bouquet itself symbolizes one form of prayer that will be offered, a series of Catholic Mass church services for all the patients.
Masses through Blooms Full of Blessings are coordinated by the Philadelphia office of the Propagation of Faith and are offered up by poor missionary priests. A donation/stipend is made to their ministry with every bouquet that is purchased.
The Bouquet, A Symbol of Prayer and The Holy Catholic Mass: The Lily symbolizes the Holy Mass offered up for blessings and peace for each and every one of the hospice patients. Song of Solomon 2:1
There is an ancient legend about lilies. It states when Christ shed tears on the cross and in Gethsemane, lilies sprung up afterwards.
The 2 Hydrangea flowers symbolize how Christ gives life giving nourishment to our souls in both Holy Communion and the Bible. The Hydrangea flower comes from the word ‘Hydro’, which means water. May these beautiful flowers remind you of the many ways Christ provides us with grace filled ‘living water’ for our souls. John 4:10-14
Just as the beautiful butterfly is an outcome of transformation in nature. Christ truly becomes present in Holy Communion after transubstantiation during the Holy Mass. It is our prayer that God’s grace, beauty and love that flows from the Holy Mass will forever bless every Hospice patient and those of whom they love! John 6:54-56
Lastly, included with each bouquet is a card that states: “Just a reminder that God loves you and we have prayed for you.”
